Leesburg residents can look forward to the opening of a new fudge shop on King Street.
The town last month approved permits to rework the former Rouge Beauty Boutique building into a Kilwins handcrafted fudge, chocolate, and ice cream shop.
Kilwins was founded in 1947 in Petoskey, MI, and has since expanded into a national franchise. Leesburg resident Nancy Carter is opening the Leesburg location. Carter said it took a while to find the right spot and felt strongly about the historic building at 17 S. King St…
