The future of the Middleburg Training Center is still unclear after an effort by the Virginia Equine Alliance to acquire the property did not reach fruition last week.
The 149-acre property near the village of St. Louis is owned by the Kuhn family and is being considered by the Department of Defense to serve as the new home of the U.S. Army’s Caisson Detachment.
