Lovettsville Stabbing Suspect Denied Bond

A Purcellville-area man accused of stabbing another person in Lovettsville on Sunday night was denied bond by a Loudoun General District Court judge today.

Khalil O’Bannion, 20, is charged with malicious wounding.

According to testimony from Det. Dylan Shockey during the bond hearing, O’Bannion allegedly approached a group of juveniles in Lovettsville in the evening of April 12 and there was a verbal altercation between one of them and an adult. A physical altercation then broke out between O’Bannion and the victim, which resulted in the victim being stabbed three times…
