MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — A teen and two men face charges after a February car rally in Montgomery County, where two marked cruisers were damaged.
Police arrested Ayden Joseph Cline, 18, of Pennsylvania and Novorriya Gregory Smith Jr., 20, of Lusby, along with a 17-year-old from Laurel.
