Man sentenced for selling fentanyl-laced pills on social media in West Virginia

MARTINSBURG, W.Va (WDTV) – A man was sentenced to two decades in prison for selling fentanyl-laced pills on social media in West Virginia, Maryland and Virginia.

Jayden Gill, 22, of Hagerstown, Md., will spend 21 years in federal prison, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Officers responded to a suspected overdose of two juvenile girls in Maryland and found blue pills imprinted to mimic oxycodone prescription medication. The pills were analyzed and found to contain fentanyl, officials said…
