LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — A family of ducklings was rescued from a sewer drain.
On Tuesday, Loudoun County Animal Services (LCAS) said someone heard quacking in a sewer drain at a grocery store parking lot and was concerned. They called for animal control, which came to the rescue.
