LOUDOUN COUNTY, Va. (7News) — The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) is asking anyone who may have witnessed a man drive off with a woman in Ashburn on Wednesday to come forward.
Deputies responded to reports of a woman lying in the road around 4:50 p.m. at the intersection of Farmwell Road and Hemingway Drive.
