Buncombe County moves July 4 celebration to new location for 2026

BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — Buncombe County is celebrating Independence Day with fireworks and more at a new location this year, which is the country’s 250th anniversary.

The Saturday, July 4, celebration is at North Buncombe Fields in Weaverville, according to the Buncombe County government.
