HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – A Hendersonville woman won one of the top prizes in a scratch-off game, according to the North Carolina Education Lottery.
Lottery officials said that Melissa Johnson was about to throw out her LOTERIA MULTIPLIER scratch-off ticket when she scanned it and saw it was a winning ticket.
