BUNCOMBE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Buncombe County detectives announced they’re investigating a man’s death as a homicide after he was found lying on the road.
On June 8, the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office, along with Swannanoa Fire, Buncombe EMS, and the North Carolina Highway Patrol responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian at 1916 US Highway 70 in Swannanoa.
