On July 8, Priscilla Ann Hendrix was arrested during a traffic stop on Leicester Highway following an investigation that began late last year.
The investigation, led by members of the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office Illegal Gun Reduction and Narcotics Task Force, stemmed from a community complaint.
