ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — An investigation into a vehicle crash on Sept. 10 in west Asheville resulted in the arrest of a convicted felon.
The Asheville Police Department said in a Sept. 11 news release LaDarrell Antwain Mashburn, 47, was arrested after being involved in a crash in the 200 block of Emma Road at 7:36 p.m. on Sept. 10.
According to the release, when officers arrived at the crash, they found a vehicle with front-end damage. The driver told officers another vehicle swerved into the driver’s lane, causing the crash, and that the other driver fled on foot…
