ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — A western North Carolina diaper bank is kicking off its second annual Newest Neighbor Diaper Drive in recognition of Diaper Need Awareness Week.
Babies Need Bottoms is asking the community to help fill its shelves with newborn and preemie diapers. The Diaper Need Awareness Week runs from Sept. 14-20.
