ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Asheville Police Department has identified a pedestrian who was hit and killed in a September crash.
Police said the crash took place on Sept. 10 when a driver, who was heading east on Tunnel Road through a green light. hit the pedestrian.
