Man Injured After Colleton County Shooting:
A shooting at the Corner Store on the 8800 block of the Hendersonville Highway left one man injured on Thursday.
Colleton County Fire-Rescue, along with the Sheriff’s Office, responded to the incident Thursday afternoon. Emergency personnel treated the wounded man at the scene, and he was subsequently transported to Hendersonville Elementary’s bus loop. From there, he was transferred to the Flightcrew of CARE Flight.

The victim was flown to the Medical University of South Carolina Trauma Center. As of now, no details have been provided regarding the extent of his injuries.
The Colleton County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the incident.
Domestic Shooting in Pickens County Leaves Woman Injured:
A shooting investigation is in progress in Liberty after a woman sustained gunshot wounds in a domestic incident.
The Pickens County Sheriff’s Office responded to Honey Lane around 7 a.m. on Friday, discovering a 30-year-old woman with at least one gunshot wound. First responders provided aid, and the victim was taken to Greenville Memorial Hospital.
