Man pleads guilty to stealing $4K worth of hemp flower, pointing knife at store clerk

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) – A man from Asheville will spend between six to eight years behind bars after pleading guilty to his actions in an armed robbery. A press release from Buncombe County District Attorney Todd Williams said Gary Joshua Leming, 45, of Asheville, pleaded guilty on Feb. 6 to robbery with a dangerous weapon and was sentenced pursuant to negotiated plea to a term of imprisonment of 77-105 months.
