ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) – A 20-year-old Asheville man will spend the next few years behind bars after pleading guilty to several charges, including burglary. A press release from Buncombe County District Attorney Todd Williams said on Feb. 14 that Jaylin Gardner had pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree burglary and two counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.
