JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WCYB) – Three people have been arrested following a fatal shooting that happened on Sunday, according to the Johnson City Police Department. Officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 200 block of East Main Street at around 2 a.m. The two victims were taken to an area hospital for treatment.
