Three individuals are now jailed and charged with the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Charles Dabney of Greeneville. A Johnson City police report said both Tyron Bland, 34, of Greene County and Jayden Smith, 19, of Asheville were charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment as a result of Sunday’s incident near Majestic Park.
