WAYNESVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) – Demolition has begun on a dilapidated building on South Main Street in Waynesville. The Sutton Automotive building had fallen into disrepair in recent years, including a collapsed roof. The Town of Waynesville labeled it a hazard and notified the heirs to the property before taking action to tear down the building.
