BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — There is a growing concern among local teachers after Buncombe County cut funds from both its school districts: Asheville City Schools (ACS) and Buncombe County Schools (BCS).
Both districts have also said that jobs will not be lost.
