ASHEVILLE – Another era is ending for the iconic West Asheville restaurant that operated as Tastee Diner for more than 75 years. On Jan. 29, Hail Mary will open at 575 Haywood Road in West Asheville, officially ending the Tastee Diner era but carrying on the legacy of a neighborhood greasy spoon establishment.
