As temperatures drop across the Upstate this week, motorists should be mindful of certain items that shouldn’t be left in a vehicle.
A wintry mix of rain and snow is forecast for Greenville and Spartanburg on Wednesday, with high temperatures near 39 degrees and lows at 28 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Little or no snow accumulation is expected. The rain clears out by Thursday, but temperatures will hover around 40 during the day and dip to 19 degrees at night. The below-freezing temperatures can cause damage to items and be dangerous in some instances.
