HAYWOOD COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — North Carolina Governor Josh Stein is urging the General Assembly to pass new Hurricane Helene relief funding after it stalled earlier this week.
It was part of Stein’s message as he toured a severely damaged Haywood County dairy farm on Friday, March 14.
