Governor Stein signs Helene relief bill, allocating $524M for recovery efforts

RALEIGH, N.C. (WLOS) — On Wednesday, March 19, NC Governor Josh Stein signed House Bill 47, the Disaster Recovery Act of 2025 – Part 1, at 7 p.m.
