“Dirty” Dealer Down: North Carolina Man Gets 12+ Years For Fentanyl & Firearms

Tyrone Eugene Sitton, also known as “Dirty,” 46, of Asheville, has been sentenced to 151 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for fentanyl trafficking and firearm offenses.

U.S. Attorney Russ Ferguson for the Western District of North Carolina announced the sentencing.
