SOUTHEASTERN N.C. (WECT) -The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for southeast NC from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on March 22.
The warning means areas across the Cape Fear region will see a combination of gusty winds (around 25 mph) and extremely low humidity levels (less than 25 %).
