Samuel Foreman bought his winning ticket, a $1,000,000 Money Rush, from the L&D Mart on Old River Road. Foreman collected his winnings Monday and made a big decision. Between getting his prize in the yearly sum of $50,000 over 20 years or getting a one-time lump sum of $600,000, Foreman chose the latter.
