GMF Group, a vertically-integrated real estate investment firm founded by Gabe Monfried and Matt Forssman, has expanded its portfolio beyond Florida and North Carolina with the acquisition of three manufactured housing communities in Indiana.
The firm’s latest purchases include Brookfield Estates (6200 Brookville Road, Indianapolis), East Indy Estates (6660 S Brookville Road, Indianapolis), and Huntington Estates (1335 Driftwood Alley, Huntington).
