HOKE COUNTY, NC (WMBF) – State authorities are working to learn more after a chase that started in Robeson County turned into an investigation into a possible improvised explosive device.
The North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division requested the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation’s help around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday for the possible IED.
