Driver arrested after leading 160 mph chase across multiple North Carolina counties

KENANSVILLE, N.C. (WBTV) – A driver led state troopers on a chase that reached speeds of 160 mph in North Carolina over the weekend.

Sister-station WITN reported that the chase started in Wayne County on Sunday, April 6, when a Dodge Charger was clocked going 90 mph in a 55 mph zone on Highway 111.

The chase continued through Wayne County before it crossed over into Duplin County and continued on Highway 903 toward Kenansville…
