ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Asheville’s Downtown After 5 has returned, and this year, the event took place at Pack Square Park.
Hayden Plemmons, the executive director of Asheville’s Downtown Association, said the association has hosted the event for the past 37 years.
In recent years, the event has occurred on North Lexington Avenue, though Plemmons said holding the event at Pack Square Park is “more suitable.”…
