ASHEVILLE – Asheville restaurants continue to reopen after temporarily closing due to last fall’s Tropical Storm Helene. At the same time, new names entered the restaurant scene in the first quarter of the year.
Many established eateries are recovering from the brunt of the storm as these newcomers put down roots.
