ASHEVILLE – Two co-defendants face a felony charge after law enforcement say they kidnapped a juvenile on May 4, records show.
Nancy Grace Justice, 28, of East Flat Rock, and Kobee Nathaniel Wynn, 27, of Brevard, were arrested May 4 by the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office and charged with first-degree kidnapping. Their arrest warrants claim they kidnapped a juvenile, who was at least 16 years old at the time.
Justice’s warrant alleges she confined and restrained the child “for the purpose of holding the victim for ransom,” while Wynn’s warrant alleges he took the juvenile “for the purpose of facilitating the commission of a felony, statutory rape,” according to the documents obtained by the Citizen Times.
