Buncombe County-based non-profit and government organizations are invited to submit applications for this year’s Tourism Product Development Fund (TPDF) cycle, with the belief that these investments will play a critical role in rebuilding, reconnecting, and strengthening Buncombe’s economy.
Today is the last day to apply for this development fund. Applications can be completed here and must be received no later than Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 5 p.m. ET.
This fund can help rebuild and enhance our tourism infrastructure, bringing new visitors and economic vitality to Buncombe County. Since the fund’s inception in 2001, the authority has provided more than $86 million in 41 community projects. Funded projects have included support for greenways, parks, public art, sports and recreation facilities, cultural heritage institutions, and other family attractions.
