Asheville man shot after drug deal gone wrong: police

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WSPA) – Two people have been arrested in connection to a shooting that happened from a drug deal gone wrong.

On May 2, the Asheville Police Department said they responded to a call regarding a man with a gunshot wound. Police said that the victim was shot from a drug deal that happened in a business’s parking lot, at the 700 block of Fairview Road.
