Bear’s Smokehouse BBQ, through its charitable arm, The Bear’s Foundation, is proud to announce the reopening of the HOPE Bus on Tuesday, May 13, in celebration of World Mental Health Month.
Located at Bear’s on the South Slope, the HOPE Bus will be open daily from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm, continuing its mission of supporting mental health and well-being in the Asheville community.
Originally launched as a food truck in November 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the bus served as Bear’s temporary “restaurant” while their brick-and-mortar location faced construction delays.
