Restoration costs could increase the longer storm victims wait on repairs

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — More than seven months after Helene, thousands in Western North Carolina remain out of their homes.

Completing the restoration may cost them more the longer they may be forced to wait for permanent repairs.
