BREVARD, N.C. (WLOS) — Community members gathered at Brevard College to remember and observe the 75th anniversary of the start of the Korean War.
On June 25, 1950, war broke out between what is now North and South Korea. The U.S. got involved two days after the initial start to assist South Korea following North Korea’s invasion.
