ASHEVILLE – On June 20, Sarah Garrard, a glassblower, greeted guests who strolled through her sculptural glass collection at New Morning Gallery’s grand reopening reception in the historic Biltmore Village.
One of the ornamental vases displayed stood as a symbol of resilience and hope.
