MADISON COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — NC-251 near Panhandle Road in Madison County was closed for over three hours in both directions because of a crash involving a dump truck and two bicyclists.
Multiple emergency vehicles and personnel went to the site including a tow truck.
NC-251 near Marshall reopened at 10:28 p.m., according to NCDOT’s website, DriveNC. The closure started at 7:02 p.m.
