ASHEVILLE, N.C. (828newsNOW) — A stretch of Interstate 26 westbound will be fully closed overnight from Exit 49 to its intersection with Interstate 40, according to the Asheville Fire Department.
The closure is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. and continue through 6 a.m. Thursday. Officials advise that the timeline may change depending on weather conditions.
