BUNCOMBE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – One person has died following a fight at a gas station in western North Carolina.
According to the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to a Shell Gas Station on Sweeten Creek Road for a reported fight. At the scene deputies found a woman dead.
The sheriff’s office said deputies located and arrested a suspect a short time later at the Walmart on Airport Road without incident. The suspect is being interviewed by detectives, and the sheriff’s office said it is withholding his name until charges are filed…
