HENDERSONVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The District Attorney for Prosecutorial District 42 reports a man was found guilty on Friday of breaking into and stealing from a non-profit in Hendersonville.
Court trial records said the Hendersonville Police Department received a call that someone was burglarizing the Back On Track Resale Store and Addiction Ministries around 5 a.m. on Oct. 14, 2021. The non-profit provides addiction recovery programs and family support groups.
