Asheville police seek public’s help in search for missing 14-year-old girl

ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — The Asheville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in finding a 14-year-old missing girl.

Kelsey Billings was last seen on Friday, July 18, around 1:30 a.m. at a relative’s home on Westmore Drive in Asheville, according to police. At that time, she was wearing a pink tube top, grey sweatpants and pink low-top Converse sneakers, police said.

Kelsey is described as a white female who is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. Kelsey has blue eyes and red hair that has been dyed black, according to police. She also has pierced ears and a nose ring, police said…
