HENDERSONVILLE – Highway closures on I-26 in Henderson County this week will be the last interstate closure in the county made as part of a long-running highway expansion project.
I-26 will be closed overnight from July 28 through Aug. 1, according to a July 25 release from the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office.
July 28 and 29, eastbound I-26 will be closed from Exit 40 to Exit 49, with a detour on N.C. 280 East/Airport Road, rejoining the highway at Exit 53…
