2025 WNC Parade of Homes Set for Fall Showcase

Asheville – The 45th Annual Western North Carolina Parade of Homes will take place on the weekends of October 11-12 and 18-19, offering both in-person and virtual viewing options. Hosted by the Builders Association of the Blue Ridge Mountains (BABRM), the event will showcase a diverse array of residences, from newly constructed homes to innovative remodels, highlighting the creativity of the local building community.

Rescheduling Due to Hurricane Helene

The decision to hold this year’s Parade follows a challenging period for the community. The previous year’s event had been postponed due to Hurricane Helene, which left many builders and their teams facing personal loss and halted job sites. Megan Carroll, Executive Officer of BABRM, reflected on this experience, stating, “Rather than move forward during a time of hardship, we made space for recovery. That pause allowed us to come together in a different way—supporting one another and rebuilding our communities.” This shift has led to a renewed sense of purpose and excitement as the Parade returns to its traditional fall timeline.

Attendees can expect a variety of homes in different sizes, styles, price points, and locations. Among the highlights will be a stunning Weaverville home by Altamont Construction, which draws inspiration from the romance of the French countryside.
