This Asheville eatery is taking an original approach to breakfast, brunch classics

ASHEVILLE – Early risers and mid-morning mimosa imbibers, there’s a new eatery in town determined to make its mark in the breakfast and brunch circuit.

The Refinery has debuted with Southern and globally inspired dishes to complement its complete coffee and craft beverage program at 35 Eagle St., part of The Foundry Hotel.

Food and Beverage Director Danica Norris, who’s been with The Foundry for four years, said while the hotel and restaurant have evolved and changed over time, they are intended to be a welcoming place.
