A 120-unit apartment complex touted as affordable housing is slated for an 8-acre site in Woodfin that’s been sitting vacant for years after a previous developer graded most of the tract — and then abandoned it.
Dubbed the Rocky River Apartments, the project calls for three separate apartment buildings up to four stories tall.
Woodfin Planning Director Ricky Hurley called it “a big win for Woodfin to have this.”…
