ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Thursday marks 24 years since the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks that claimed the lives of nearly 3,000 Americans. Below is a list of ceremonies taking place across western North Carolina to honor the victims, survivors, and first responders.
